Military & Veterans
Welcome to NMSU Grants! To the proud few there is no higher honor than serving in our country's military. That is why it is vital as a higher education institution that NMSU Grants shows. Respect, appreciation, and gratitude to members of the armed forces. And to the veterans that have served in its ranks. NMSU strives tirelessly to express its appreciation for our troops and accommodate them, however, best we can. It is our mission and goal to lead the way. Establishing ourselves as the national destination for the armed forces in their academic pursuits. Among all universities in the NMSU system, each campus is highly competitive seeking to outdo one another. Through fierce determination NMSU Grants is looking to set a precedent. Forward thinking and ambitious, we improve everyday in our efforts. We are always open to improvement. We hope veterans see our willingness and desire to serve them as they have served us. In addition to veterans eligibility for financial assistance, spouses and dependents may also be eligible. If an eligible veteran has unused post-9/11 GI Bill® benefits, they can transfer benefits to a spouse or dependent child.
