Gainful Employment
Federal regulations require that we disclose specific information about our certificate programs that do not lead directly to a two-year Associate's degree. The following list includes those certificate programs offered by NMSU Grants for which such disclosure is deemed necessary under these regulations. Please see the disclosure corresponding with your respective program:
Gainful Employment Disclosure: At public and private not-for-profit institutions, gainful employment programs are Title IV-eligible certificate programs. Effective July 1, 2011, the U.S. Department of Education requires schools with Gainful Employment programs to disclose certain information about these programs. The following information regarding this certificate program is provided pursuant to this: Department of Education Directive.
