All outstanding charges not paid in full by January 22, 2020, will automatically be placed on a payment plan and a payment fee of $10.00 will be assessed. Outstanding charges will be divided into four equal payments for Spring. Accounts must be paid in full by: May 15, 2020

​Withdrawal from the University

A withdrawal form must be completed with Student Services for a course or the University. This procedure may result in “F’s” for all registered courses. Students that withdraw after the stated refund dates will remain liable for full tuition and fee charges.

Refund of Tuition & Fees

Students officially withdrawing or dropping courses during the Spring 2020 semester are eligible to receive a refund as follows

  • 16 Week (January 22 – May 15)
    Through February 7th………………………………………..100%
  • 8 Week I (January 22 – March 13)
    Through January 31st…………………………………………100%
  • 8 Week II (March 16 – May 15)
