SPRING BREAK 2022 - NEWS UPDATE!

Good afternoon, NMSU Grants!

You might have noticed that the Grants Campus and the Las Cruces Campus/NMSU System have different Spring Breaks this year. This is due to Las Cruces aligning with the NMSU system calendar, and Grants Campus aligning with our local community/school district’s calendar.

The NMSU System’s Spring Break is March 7-11 and the Grants Campus’ Spring Break is March 21-25. As such, there will be no scheduled courses from the other NMSU System campuses the week of March 7-11, and the Grants campus will not have courses the week of March 21-25.

Please adhere to the schedule associated with your courses. If you are a student taking courses at more than one campus, you are responsible for following the academic calendar for both campuses.

If you have calendar related questions, please contact Student Services at 505-287-6678 or ssgrants@nmsu.edu.

Sincerely,

Patrick Clingman
VP for Student Services

Grants Mayoral Candidate Forum - Feb. 15, 2022

Good morning, NMSU Grants!

Your local community college has been given the opportunity to host an event that helps brings us closer together with our community. On February 15th, 2022 we will host a forum for the candidates of Grants' mayoral election.

It will be held in the NMSU Grants theatre at 5:30 PM where members of the community will be able to ask questions of the candidates as we head into the March 1st elections. We feel this is a good way of engaging with the community and helps our students connect with local decision makers. We look forward to seeing everyone there.
