Loan Policies
Borrowing books from the Library
Library patrons must come in person and present a valid NMSU Grants I. D.
or NMSU Grants borrower's card to check out books. Any book can be
recalled after two weeks, regardless of the loan period, if it is
requested by an NMSU student, staff or faculty member.
While overdue fines are not charged, patrons will be billed replacement costs, including a processing fee, for significantly overdue books.
